Can I use a one-time pack and a monthly plan at the same time?+
Yes. The Starter and Studio packs give you a fixed credit balance for hardening existing images. The Creator, Pro, and Agency plans give you a recurring monthly credit allowance for ongoing content. They operate independently — your one-time credits never expire and are used alongside your monthly credits.
What happens to my credits if I cancel a monthly plan?+
Any unused monthly credits expire at the end of your billing period. Your one-time pack credits (from Starter or Studio) never expire and remain in your account permanently.
What is the Entity Certificate and why does it matter?+
Every account gets a public Entity Certificate — a machine-readable page at linkdaddymedia.com/verify/LDM-XXXX containing your business's Organisation schema, GPS coordinates, authority profile links, and verification score. Google, Bing, and AI systems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) can crawl and cite it. The Pro and Agency plans unlock higher certificate tiers with additional trust signals.
Can an agency manage multiple client accounts?+
Yes. The Agency plan is designed for multi-client management. Hardened images are labelled with the client's business identity, not the agency's. Certificates are issued in the client's name. The agency dashboard lets you switch between client accounts seamlessly.
What does 'forensically hardened' actually mean?+
Your business name, GPS coordinates, copyright information, authority profile links, and niche keywords are written directly into the binary metadata layer of the image file — not just the filename or alt text. Google's image understanding systems read this metadata as entity verification signals. The image literally knows who it belongs to, where it was taken, and what business it represents.
What is the verification score based on?+
Fourteen data points, each worth a specific number of points out of 100: business name (5), full address (10), GPS coordinates (10), website (5), phone (5), Google Business Profile (10), LinkedIn or professional network (10), trust directory — BBB, Trustpilot, Checkatrade, etc. (10), consumer review platform (5), Facebook or primary social (5), additional social (5), video platform (5), at least one hardened image (10), hardened logo (5). Every point is transparent.
