1. Programme Overview

The LinkDaddy Media Partner Programme ("Programme") allows approved partners to earn recurring commissions by referring customers to LinkDaddy Media products and services. Participation is subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid LinkDaddy Media account to participate. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Partner Tiers

The Programme operates three tiers: Affiliate (20% commission), Reseller (30% commission), and Agency (40% commission). Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Tier upgrades are reviewed and approved by LinkDaddy Media.

4. Referral Tracking

Each partner receives a unique referral code and link. Referrals are tracked via a 90-day cookie. If a referred user clears cookies or uses a different browser, the referral may not be tracked. LinkDaddy Media is not liable for untracked referrals.

5. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Commissions are credited within 30 days of a confirmed payment. Commissions are reversed if the underlying sale is refunded or charged back.

6. Payouts

Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal. A minimum balance of $50 is required before a payout is issued. It is your responsibility to provide a valid PayPal email address. LinkDaddy Media is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect payout details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Partners may not: (a) use paid search ads that bid on LinkDaddy Media brand terms; (b) make false or misleading claims about LinkDaddy Media products; (c) spam or use unsolicited bulk email; (d) self-refer or refer employees or family members; (e) use cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking methods.

8. Termination

LinkDaddy Media may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions for confirmed sales will still be paid out on the next payout cycle.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinkDaddy Media is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
